Shipping Times
We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS, and shipping time depends on the method you've selected. In addition to Ground, we offer a variety of faster air options. We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. In most cases orders received by 11:00 am Pacific Time on a weekday will be processed the same day. NOTE: Our products are shipped from Southern California area. If you are in a rush, we recommend choosing 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air instead of Ground.

International Shipping
Q: Do you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.
Q: Why does International shipping cost more?
A: International shipping costs more because your package is tracked and insured. Although EVILLEGION.com does not charge a handling fee, there is an increased cost when tracking and insuring packages beyond our borders.
Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?
A: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the "Shipping Address" page, you’ll see price for your order.*

Q: What are my International shipping options?
A: All International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. This shipping method has $500 insurance coverage for lost or damaged articles. It also gives us the ability to track the package. This has been a fast and reliable service for our customers. All orders being delivered to a U.S. Military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
Q: I am currently stationed overseas on a U.S. military base. Can I still order from EVILLEGION.com?
A: Yes, you certainly can. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Please select AA or AE from the state drop down menu that corresponds to your U.S. military zip code.
Q: I live in the USA, but I'd like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?
A: Yes, you can. You'll need to select "U.S. Express Mail" as your shipping method. Make sure to modify the "Shipping Address" before clicking "Submit."
Q: How long will it take my International package to arrive?
A: International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
LEGION ships outside the U.S.A. via USPS Express Mail International, USPS Global Express Guaranteed and USPS Priority Mail International. Cost varies upon location and shipping method. Costs will be provided during checkout. The best way to determine shipping cost is to go through the ordering process on our web site. After you enter your shipping information, but before you are asked to enter any credit card information, your exact shipping charges will be calculated.
International Shipping rates vary greatly depending on the weight and size of the package. If the shipping charges will be different from what appears in our automatic system, you will be contacted via email for approval prior to shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling total presented at checkout does not include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for these additional charges upon delivery. These can sometimes be close to $100, depending on the country. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges. Privacy and Security
What information about customers does Evillegion INC. collect?
Evillegion collects two types of information. The first is general information regarding the usage of our Web site. We track the number of people who visit each page, where visitors are coming from, how many pages on average are visited, etc., in order to help us constantly improve our site. All of this data is used in aggregate, and we make no effort to track users individually. Secondly, Evillegion gathers and stores all information (NOT credit card!) entered when placing an order on our Web site or over the phone, as well as information received through surveys, contest forms, and email communications.
Does Evillegion share any customer information?
Information about our customers and site visitors is an extremely important part of our business, and we do not sell, rent, lease, or give away ANY customer information to third parties*. Any information we gather is solely used to either fill orders or communicate with our customers and newsletter subscribers.
* The ONLY company with whom we share your contact information is UPS, as it is necessary for them to have your contact information to deliver your package.
We reserve the right to employ other companies/individuals to perform functions such as processing and packaging orders, delivering packages, answering customer emails, sending postal mail, maintaining email lists, marketing and public relations, customer service, and data analysis. If so employed, they would only be provided access to information necessary to perform their functions and would not have permission to use it for other purposes. We will, if necessary, release account or personal information when we feel it is necessary to comply with the law, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Evillegion, our customers, or others.
How secure is my personal information when I make a transaction at Evillegion.com?
Evillegion uses industry-standard encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect sensitive information (i.e. your credit card number, address, etc.) you provide during the order process. On site pages where you enter this data, you may notice that the URL in your Web browser begins with https:// rather than http:// which indicates you're on a secure page of our Web site.
If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, there will be a lock icon at the bottom of your browser as well. As an added means of security, we don't include any credit card information in your order confirmation email or any other emails we may send to you. Please note that standard email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.

Our Guarantee, Returns and Exchanges
evillegion unconditionally guarantees all merchandise to be free from defects - we stand by our products. Please contact us if you have a problem with one of our garments and we will repair or replace it at our option. We accept exchanges and returns for 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be unworn with hangtags attached.
Returns and Exchanges - Sizing For sizing information, refer to our Sizing Chart. If you are in between 2 sizes or not sure, order both sizes, and return the one that doesn't fit for a full credit for the product (you will be responsible for all applicable shipping fees). Please note that this does not apply to sale items labeled 'No Returns.' If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund. Please be aware that it is very easy to exchange for size, so if you do order an incorrect size, please contact us so that we can arrange an exchange. To expedite the process and save on shipping fees, many customers choose to order 2 sizes and then send back the size that doesn't fit.
Return Policy: All items must be in the condition you received them with all hangtags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to shipping your package back to us. To obtain an RMA # for your return/exchange, please email evillegion@live.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns/exchanges CANNOT be accepted without an RMA #. If you send a Return without an RMA # the package will be automatically rejected. This is a requirement, not a matter of policy, so please get your RMA # first by e-mailing us at evillegion@live.com.

Please note that exchanges will be sent out after receiving the item from your original order. Additional charges for shipping will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase, as will any price differentials for the new item.
